The company was established in 2005 in New Delhi by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With an industrial background rooted in Delhi's ecosystem - Okhla (1,500+ units - engineering, plastic, packaging, pharma), Narela (1,200+ units - auto components, engineering, chemical), Bawana (1,500+ units - plastic, packaging, engineering), Patparganj (500+ units - electronics, IT hardware, pharma), Naraina (engineering, auto components), Mangolpuri, DSIDC complexes, and the commercial and IT sector (Connaught Place, Nehru Place, Okhla Phase 3, Jasola, Netaji Subhash Place, etc.), he brings together a deep understanding of technology and management tailored to New Delhi's challenges: water scarcity (groundwater depletion, Yamuna pollution), high TDS (500-2000+ ppm), high hardness (200-400+ ppm as CaCO3), high iron (2-5 ppm), high AQI (150-500 in winter), and stringent DPCC norms for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) to protect the Yamuna River and groundwater.
