The company was established in 2005 in Indore by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Indore's industrial ecosystem - including Pithampur Industrial Area (1,500+ units - auto components (including suppliers to major OEMs like Mahindra, Bajaj, Tata Motors, etc.), pharmaceutical (including API and formulation manufacturing), engineering, textile, and plastic units), Sanwer Road Industrial Belt (engineering, packaging, plastic, food processing), Laxmibai Nagar (textile, chemical, small-scale engineering), Palda Industrial Area (pharmaceutical packaging, engineering, plastic), Electronic Complex (electronic components, PCB assembly, contract manufacturing), and the Indore-Dewas-Mhow corridor (pharmaceutical, auto, engineering, textile, and other industrial sectors), he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Indore's diverse industrial sectors - from automotive components to pharmaceuticals to engineering to textiles to food processing, all facing the challenges of water scarcity (Indore's water supply is from the Narmada River, and there is significant pressure on groundwater), hard water (with high TDS, total hardness, calcium, magnesium, silica, and iron in the Narmada water in some seasons and in groundwater sources), seasonal variations in raw water quality (especially during the dry summer months), stringent MPPCB norms for industrial effluent discharge (with ZLD norms being implemented in some industrial clusters, such as Pithampur, to protect the Khan and Saraswati rivers, which have been highly polluted historically), and the need to treat and recycle industrial wastewater for reuse.
