The company was established in 2005 in Ludhiana by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Ludhiana's industrial ecosystem - including Focal Point Industrial Area (Phase 1-8 - automotive (including cycle component, two-wheeler, and auto components), textile, hosiery, dyeing and printing, engineering, and plastic (injection molding, blow molding)), Ludhiana Industrial Estate (small-scale engineering, auto components, food processing, dyeing units), Bahadurke Road Industrial Belt (cycle and auto component manufacturing, metalworking), Gill Road Industrial Area (general engineering, rubber, and plastic, textile printing), and the numerous small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaged in knitting, dyeing, finishing, and apparel manufacturing, and the food processing units (rice shellers, flour mills, dairy units, and agricultural machinery), he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Ludhiana's diverse industrial sectors - from automotive components to textiles to engineering to food processing, all facing the challenges of water scarcity (groundwater depletion is severe in many parts), high TDS groundwater (500-2000+ ppm, high hardness, and often high iron and fluoride), the need for high-purity water in textile processing (dyeing, printing, and finishing), the stringent PPCB norms (with ZLD required for many industrial categories, especially the highly polluting textile and dyeing clusters), and the need to treat and recycle the heavily polluted industrial wastewater (particularly from the textile and dyeing sector) to prevent further contamination of the Buddha Nullah, Sutlej River, and other water bodies.
