The company was established in 2005 in Lucknow by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Lucknow's industrial ecosystem - including Chinhat Industrial Area (pharmaceuticals (Lupin, Glenmark, Jubilant, etc.), food processing (bakery, sweets, pickles), and textile units), Amausi Industrial Area (pharmaceutical API and formulation units, engineering, automotive components, and chemical plants), Sarojininagar Industrial Area (engineering, textile, paper mills), Ruchi Handicrafts Cluster (chikan embroidery and handicrafts units), as well as the prominent industrial areas along the Lucknow-Kanpur road (engineering, leather, chemical) and the Lucknow-Sultanpur road (food processing, paper), and the growing IT and industrial parks, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Lucknow's diverse industrial sectors - from pharmaceuticals to food processing to textiles to engineering, all facing the challenges of the Gomti River's highly polluted water (with high BOD, COD, high organic load, and seasonal variations), high TDS and hardness in groundwater in some areas (500-1500+ ppm, with high calcium, magnesium, and iron), the requirement for high-purity water for pharmaceutical processing (WFI, USP purified water), and the need to treat and recycle industrial wastewater to meet UPPCB's stringent ZLD norms for highly polluting categories (textiles, tanneries, chemicals) to protect the Gomti River and its fragile ecosystem (which is already under severe stress).
