The company was established in 2005 originally in India, now proudly serving Kenya's industrial heartland led by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal (CEO). With a strong industrial background rooted in Kenya's diverse and rapidly growing industrial ecosystem — Nairobi Industrial Area (1,500+ units — textile, plastic, engineering, chemical, food processing, printing, packaging), Athi River EPZ (Export Processing Zone — textile and garment manufacturing, agro-processing, steel, cement), Ruaraka (steel rolling, plastics, engineering, food processing, batteries), Tatu City (special economic zone — manufacturing, agro-processing, logistics, FMCG), Thika Road industrial corridor (textiles, plastics, engineering, beverages), Kikuyu industrial area (agro-processing, manufacturing, dairy), Mombasa (port, oil refinery, cement, manufacturing, logistics), Kisumu (agro-processing, fish processing, beverages), Nakuru (agro-processing, dairy, tea, edible oils, fertilizer), Eldoret (grain milling, dairy, agro-processing, tea packaging), he brings together deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to Kenya's diverse industrial sectors — from textiles and agro-processing to engineering and chemicals to leather and beverages, all facing challenges of water scarcity (Nairobi receives ~900mm rainfall, highly seasonal, frequent droughts; Mombasa is humid but also water-stressed), high TDS and hardness in groundwater in many industrial areas (800-2500+ ppm in parts of Nairobi Industrial Area, Athi River, Kajiado, Machakos), stringent NEMA discharge standards (especially for textile effluent, agro-processing wastewater), pollution of Nairobi River and Athi River (tributaries flowing into major national parks and downstream communities), and the need for water recycling (NEMA pushing for water reuse, especially for high-consumption industries like textiles and beverages).
