The company was established in 2005 in Jodhpur by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Jodhpur's industrial ecosystem - including Basni Industrial Area (RIICO - 800+ units, engineering, chemical, granite processing, textile), Boranada Industrial Area (mineral processing, chemical, and engineering), Mandore Industrial Area (handicrafts, furniture, small engineering, chemical), Mathania (ceramic, glass, and mineral processing), Salawas (textile and handicrafts), Kela Nagar (engineering, automotive components, and general engineering), and the surrounding defense production and ordnance factories (including the Ordnance Factory and other defense PSUs that require specialty materials, machining, and components from the local industrial base)., he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Jodhpur's diverse industrial sectors - from granite processing to engineering to chemicals to handicrafts, all facing the challenges of extreme water scarcity (Jodhpur is in an arid region with annual rainfall <400 mm), high TDS groundwater (1000-3000+ ppm), high hardness (400-800+ ppm as CaCO3), and high salinity (high chlorides, sulfates), and stringent RSPCB regulations requiring ZLD for many industrial categories, and the need to protect the scarce groundwater resources from industrial contamination.
