ATMP Acid is a high-performance scale inhibitor. In Indore, we supply premium ATMP Acid to support cooling towers at Pithampur (pharmaceutical, auto units), boiler systems at food processing units, reverse osmosis plants (industrial water treatment), and industrial water treatment. Indore's Narmada water with moderate TDS (200-500 ppm), moderate hardness (150-250+ ppm as CaCO3), and high summer temperatures (35-45°C) causing increased cycles of concentration in cooling towers (especially during pre-monsoon water scarcity), leading to scale (calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate) in heat exchangers, cooling systems, and RO membranes (especially in pharma high-purity water systems), requiring advanced scale control for industrial water treatment equipment and to reduce water consumption and meet ZLD requirements creates scaling challenges. Our product helps protect Indore's critical industrial equipment (pharmaceutical plants, auto component units) maintain productivity, and reduce energy and water costs.
As an indispensable scale inhibitor for Indore's industrial sector, it serves multiple water treatment facilities. For cooling towers (Pithampur - pharma, auto units), boiler systems (food processing, engineering), reverse osmosis plants (industrial pre-treatment and process water), and industrial processing units, this product meets all quality standards.

Usage Recommendations:
ATMP is often synergized with organophosphoric acid, polycarboxylic acid, or other salts to create robust alkaline water treatment agents. For standard cooling water systems, a dosage of 1-20 mg/L is recommended. When utilized specifically as a corrosion inhibitor, a higher concentration of 20-60 mg/L is preferred for maximum protection.
