The Company was started in 2005 by a dynamic women entrepreneur with inspiration from Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal (CEO), having an intensive business background rooted in Kanpur's historic industrial ecosystem. Our presence in Kanpur — the "Manchester of the East" and leather capital of India — is driven by a clear goal: to cater to the industrial water treatment and process chemical needs. In Kanpur, we found unlimited demand across this industrial city's diverse landscape — from the leather tanneries in Jajmau (Asia's largest leather cluster, 400+ units), textile mills in Kanpur Nagar (once home to over 100 mills), engineering units in Panki, Fazalganj, and Govind Nagar, chemical plants across the city, food processing industries, and the sprawling Panki Thermal Power Plant and other energy sector installations.
