ATMP Acid is a high-performance scale inhibitor. In Hyderabad, we supply premium ATMP Acid to support cooling towers at pharmaceutical plants (Patancheru, Jeedimetla), boiler systems at API manufacturing units, reverse osmosis plants (industrial water treatment for pharma and other industries), and industrial water treatment. Hyderabad's Krishna/Godavari water with moderate TDS (200-600 ppm), variable hardness (80-200+ ppm as CaCO3), and high alkalinity, and high summer temperatures (35-45°C) causing high evaporation in cooling towers and increased cycles of concentration (up to 6-10x during water-scarce pre-monsoon months), leading to calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and silica scaling in heat exchangers, cooling systems, and RO membranes (especially in pharma high-purity water systems for WFI and USP purified water production, where scaling can seriously reduce water quality and system performance), requiring advanced scale control for industrial water treatment equipment and to reduce water consumption and meet ZLD requirements creates scaling challenges. Our product helps protect Hyderabad's critical industrial equipment (pharmaceutical plants, engineering units) maintain productivity, and reduce energy and water costs, especially for water-intensive industries in a water-stressed region..
As an indispensable scale inhibitor for Hyderabad's industrial sector, it serves multiple water treatment facilities. For cooling towers (Patancheru, Jeedimetla, Gaddapotharam - pharma units), boiler systems (pharmaceutical, food processing, engineering), reverse osmosis plants (industrial pre-treatment and process water for pharma, food, and engineering industries), and industrial processing units, this product meets all quality standards.

Usage Recommendations:
ATMP is often synergized with organophosphoric acid, polycarboxylic acid, or other salts to create robust alkaline water treatment agents. For standard cooling water systems, a dosage of 1-20 mg/L is recommended. When utilized specifically as a corrosion inhibitor, a higher concentration of 20-60 mg/L is preferred for maximum protection.
