ATMP Acid is a high-performance scale inhibitor. In Guwahati, we supply premium ATMP Acid to support cooling towers at IOCL Guwahati Refinery, boiler systems at tea processing units, reverse osmosis plants (industrial water treatment), and industrial water treatment. Guwahati's Brahmaputra water with moderate TDS (100-300 ppm) but high silt load, fluctuating hardness, and presence of iron, silica, and other minerals from soil erosion (especially during monsoon when sediment load is high), and high summer temperatures (30-38°C) causing higher water demand and increased cycles of concentration in cooling towers, leading to scaling potential (calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, silica, iron deposits) in heat exchangers, boilers, and RO membranes, especially in applications where water is reused or recycled (e.g., in refinery cooling towers, boiler feed water, and RO systems for industrial water treatment) creates scaling challenges. Our product helps protect Guwahati's critical industrial equipment (IOCL Guwahati Refinery, tea processing plants, and food processing) maintain productivity, and reduce energy and water costs.
As an indispensable scale inhibitor for Guwahati's industrial sector, it serves multiple water treatment facilities. For cooling towers (IOCL Guwahati Refinery, Noonmati), boiler systems (tea processing units, food processing, pharmaceutical units, textile plants), reverse osmosis plants (industrial pre-treatment and process water), and industrial processing units (Amingaon, Bamunimaidan), this product meets all quality standards.

Usage Recommendations:
ATMP is often synergized with organophosphoric acid, polycarboxylic acid, or other salts to create robust alkaline water treatment agents. For standard cooling water systems, a dosage of 1-20 mg/L is recommended. When utilized specifically as a corrosion inhibitor, a higher concentration of 20-60 mg/L is preferred for maximum protection.
