The company was established in 2005 in Haridwar by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Haridwar's industrial ecosystem - including SIDCUL (State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited) - the largest industrial area in Uttarakhand with over 1,000+ units in sectors like pharmaceuticals (Dabur, Patanjali, Himalaya, Zydus, Akums, K.L. Laboratories, etc.), food processing (herbal products, juices, ayurvedic medicines, snacks, spices, teas, honey), plastic and packaging, rubber, engineering, and textile units; Bahadrabad Industrial Area (pharmaceutical and engineering units), Ranipur Industrial Area (small-scale units), and the growing industrial belt along NH-34 and NH-7 (Haridwar-Roorkee-Rishikesh highway) connecting Haridwar to the rest of Uttarakhand and the NCR region, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Haridwar's diverse industrial sectors - from pharmaceuticals to food processing to engineering, all facing the challenges of Ganga River water quality variations (high turbidity during monsoon, moderate TDS, high seasonal flow, and strict discharge standards for effluent), stringent UPPCB norms under the Namami Gange program (aimed at cleaning the Ganga and protecting its water quality, requiring ZLD or near-ZLD for many industries), and the need to protect the holy Ganga, which is used for drinking water, irrigation, and religious activities (millions of pilgrims visit Haridwar annually for Kumbh Mela, Ardh Kumbh Mela, and daily rituals, requiring excellent water quality).
