The company was established in 2005 in Panipat by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With an industrial background rooted in Panipat's ecosystem - IOCL Panipat Refinery (15 MMTPA, one of India's largest refineries, with a petrochemical complex, producing a wide range of petroleum products and petrochemicals), Panipat Thermal Power Station (1,360 MW, operated by HPGCL), textile and dyeing cluster (1,500+ units in Panipat, Samalkha, Gharaunda, Madlauda, and surrounding areas, producing blankets, carpets, shawls, suiting materials, and specialty fabrics for domestic and international markets), paper mills (recycled paper and board mills), sugar mills (in the region), and the growing engineering and auto component units in the industrial estates, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and management tailored to Panipat's challenges: severe water scarcity (groundwater depletion, over-extraction for industrial, agriculture, and domestic use), high TDS groundwater (500-2000+ ppm), high hardness (200-500+ ppm as CaCO3), high iron (2-10+ ppm in many areas), high fluoride (1.5-3.5+ ppm), and the polluted water from the highly toxic textile dyeing and chemical industries (the region's groundwater is heavily contaminated with heavy metals, dyes, and chemicals from decades of unregulated discharge), and stringent HPCB norms (with ZLD mandated for the highly polluting textile dyeing and finishing clusters) to protect the Yamuna River and groundwater.
