The company was established in 2005 in Jaipur by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Jaipur's industrial ecosystem - including Vishwakarma Industrial Area (stone cutting, polishing, and processing - with 1,000+ units), RIICO industrial Areas in Sitapura (pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, electrical, automobile components, textile processing units), Bassi (pharmaceutical, chemical, plastic, packaging units), Bagru (textile printing and dyeing - one of India's oldest hand-block printing and dyeing clusters, with 500+ units), Kaladera and Jhotwara (fabrication, engineering, food processing, and general engineering), Mahindra World City (auto components, engineering, IT/ITES, and other modern industries), and the gem and jewelry industry (global center for gems, jewelry, and precious stones, with thousands of small and medium enterprises, lapidaries, and artisanal processing units engaged in cutting, polishing, and finishing of gemstones (emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and other precious/semi-precious stones) and jewelry manufacturing for domestic and international markets (including exports to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and other parts of Asia)., he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Jaipur's diverse industrial sectors - from stone processing to textiles to pharmaceuticals to gem/jewelry, all facing the challenges of severe water scarcity (Jaipur is a water-stressed city relying on Bisalpur Dam and groundwater), high TDS groundwater in many areas (up to 2,000+ ppm TDS, with high hardness (Ca, Mg), high salinity (chlorides, sulfates), and often high fluoride and nitrate contamination in some peri-urban and industrial pockets), poor water quality (industrial water may need extensive treatment for reuse and recycling), and the need to comply with RSPCB's ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) norms for certain categories of industries (e.g., textile dyeing and printing (Bagru cluster), stone processing, and some chemical/pharmaceutical units) to protect the Dravyavati River (which receives industrial discharge and has historical pollution) and the groundwater.
