The company was established in 2005 in Hyderabad by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Hyderabad's industrial ecosystem - including the pharmaceutical capital of India (Patancheru, Jeedimetla, Gaddapotharam, Pashamylaram - over 1,500+ pharma units producing APIs, formulations, and injectable drugs for export to regulated markets like US, EU, Japan, and the rest of the world), the IT/ITES corridor (HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Nanakramguda - home to many Fortune 500 companies, software, and BPO/KPO centers, making Hyderabad one of India's top IT destinations), the aerospace and defense cluster (Adibatla - hosting Boeing, Tata Advanced Systems, and other defense PSUs such as BDL, and research labs such as DRDO's facilities as well as private aerospace component manufacturers), the automotive component belt (Pashamylaram, Cherlapally - supplying parts to major auto OEMs (Bajaj, Maruti, etc.) with several foundry and casting units), the textile industry, and the food processing units (with many units producing packaged foods, biscuits, beverages, and other FMCG products), he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Hyderabad's diverse industrial sectors - from life-saving pharmaceutical manufacturing to IT to aerospace to engineering, all facing challenges of water scarcity (Hyderabad's water supply depends on distant Krishna and Godavari rivers), variable raw water quality (surface water from these rivers has varying TDS, hardness, alkalinity, and turbidity), high TDS groundwater in industrial pockets, and stringent TSPCB norms that mandate ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) for the highly polluting pharmaceutical, textile, and certain other industrial categories in the Musi river basin.
