The company was established in 2005 in Guwahati by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Guwahati's industrial ecosystem - including Guwahati Refinery (IOCL - 1.0 MMTPA), BVFCL and Assam Petrochemicals in Namrup, tea processing units in and around Guwahati (major tea auction centre), food processing industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the industrial areas in Amingaon (paper mill, engineering units), Bamunimaidan (small-scale industries), Garchuk and Basistha (chemical, plastic, packaging units), and the growing industries along NH-37 and NH-27 corridor, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Guwahati's diverse industrial sectors - from refineries to tea processing to pharmaceuticals to food processing, all facing the challenges of high humidity (70-90%), heavy monsoon rainfall (1,800+ mm annually), high turbidity in Brahmaputra water, seasonal flooding, and stringent pollution control norms under the Assam Pollution Control Board (APCB) and CPCB guidelines, and the need to protect the ecologically sensitive Brahmaputra River and its tributaries from industrial pollution.
