The company was established in 2005 in Gurgaon by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Gurgaon's diverse industrial ecosystem - including Manesar industrial corridor (Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha, and 500+ auto component units), Udyog Vihar (1,500+ units - IT, ITES, BPO, KPO, engineering, plastic, packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical), IMT Manesar (500+ units - auto, engineering, rubber, plastic, packaging, textile, printing), Dundahera and Sector 37 industrial areas, and the corporate offices in Cyber City, Golf Course Road, MG Road, Sohna Road, and Udyog Vihar, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Gurgaon's diverse industrial sectors - from automotive manufacturing to IT/ITES to engineering to pharmaceuticals, all facing the challenges of hard water (high TDS 500-2000+ ppm, calcium, magnesium, silica, iron), groundwater depletion, and stringent HSPCB (Haryana State Pollution Control Board) norms for effluent discharge into the Najafgarh drain and other local water bodies, and for compliance with ZLD norms in industrial estates.
