The company was established in 2005 in Chhattisgarh by a dynamic women entrepreneur, under the inspiration and guidance of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, who is the CEO of the company. With a strong industrial background rooted in Chhattisgarh's massive industrial ecosystem - including the Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL - India's largest integrated steel plant, 6.4 MMTPA), Korba's super thermal power plants (NTPC, CSEB, BALCO - 5,000+ MW combined), the cement manufacturing hub (Raipur, Durg, Baloda Bazar - 100+ cement plants), aluminium smelters (BALCO, Vedanta - 1,000,000+ MTPA), and the upcoming greenfield industries in Siltara and Urla industrial growth centers, he brings together a deep understanding of technology and extensive experience in management and business operations tailored to the needs of Chhattisgarh's diverse industrial sectors - from steel to power to cement to aluminium to mining, all facing the challenges of hard water, heavy metal contamination, and high TDS, and stringent Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) & Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board (CECB) norms.

The company was founded with a clear vision to serve the growing demand for industrial water treatment solutions and related process requirements in the industrial sector. At that time, this need was largely underserved despite having significant demand and future scope.
